“On Halloween i was using the bathroom map in union square. I have a medical condition and had severe urgency to pee. Every place that said no to a bathroom said to go to Whole Foods - so obv the line at Whole Foods was so long.

So i used your map- went into Best Buy and Nordstrom rack both said their bathrooms were “closed” clearly bc they didn’t want people not shopping but celebrating Halloween to use them. Checked map and finally made it to Wendy’s where only one of their 2 bathrooms were working.

i was happy for Wendy’s bc the line wasn’t too bad and didn’t have to buy anything. Unfortunately so much time went by that i am so humiliated i had an accident.  How do you go back from that? I’m a full blown adult. I was with friends. The women behind me in line were queens and covered for me to the unfortunate worker who had to clean it up. I’m not emotionally okay from this and I don’t know if I will be. Appreciate you and your work.
